however, I dont see the one that the taxi driver is doing in the first.
it just looks like rock on to me.

Thousands of years ago when I was in high school in L.A., Headbangers used that sign as "devil horns." Another use is for the "Hook 'em Horns" for the University of Texas at Austin Longhorn football team.

Having said that, I am so old & things change so much all the time, so for all I know it may mean "Guppy Killer Crip."
