Brazil - Random Shooting of a Teenager, a Woman + 2 Men
On the night of 11th April 2021 in the São Gerardo neighbourhood (Brazil), 4 people were murdered. A 15 year old boy was at a shop buying sweets + 20 year old M.H.S. was out buying a BBQ. 2 bricklayers, 29 year old E.R. + 32 year old F.d.S.T., were having a drink together in the street. 4 gunmen arrived + opened fire, killing 4 innocent people.          The police were hot on the tail of the shooters + managed to arrest one of them. 2 others managed to flee the scene without capture. The 4th gunman, 21 year old R.F.d.S., died in an exchange of gunfire with the police.

Any word on why they opened up on them, it doesn't appear random. You don't unload into someone's face for no reason.
