No doubt, there's probably a cubic prisoner formula. You top it up, and then just add as many prisoners as you need absorbed by the plumbing, or however. Like when greedy pig farmers try to cram a few extra porklings into the ham-cash transport truck. At the destination the only thing off is the count--no blood, not a bone left.
