On the night of 30th June 2019 in Vila Kennedy (Brazil), W.B. was killed. 'W' was drug dealer turned informant for the Santa Cruz militia. An audio recording about his new job had been leaked in a Whatsapp group. Drug traffickers bought 'W' for R$ 20 mil.   |

I thought that too, but didn't think his chest had been opened. On further inspection, I think you're right. His head is resting on what appears to be an open wound on his chest.
