Pondering reasons....

Taking shoes off when sitting down could be simple habit; a last moment of comfort before death. Finger could easily have moved out of the trigger ring post-mortem as the arm fell from his head to his lap. Money pile is speculative; who knows how it was positioned before he fired (or why it was all out to start with). His left arm does not appear wedged; he has simply slumped to the left after receiving a bullet impact from the right.

Entropy, I see you already decided it was suicide. Closed minded are you. if the room was turned up side down and money stolen it would look like a robbery, cops would be out looking for someone, leaving cash out like that on the victims lap, neatly makes it appears that the Dad did it, "Money issues?" with that wad of cash? the daughter with a hot body not living with boyfriend not likely at her age. need more info before the case would be closed for me.
