Brazil - Man Found Bound + with a Rope Around His Neck in the Rain
On the morning of 27th December 2021 in Distrito Industrial II (Brazil), 29 year old N.d.S.B. was found dead. The body of 'N', who wore an electronic tag, had signs of torture. A rope was round his neck + his feet were bound.

~ So the rookie idiot had a police tracking tag & decided he was going to do some dealing anyway, but the dealers were not happy since they could be tracked as well, by him just being there.
