Gloria Emanuelly Dias, 15, Beheaded in Boa Vista, Brazil, September 22, 2019
Gloria Emanuelly Dias, 15, was lured to a hideout in the Senador Helio Campos area of western Boa Vista, Brazil, on September 22, 2019. She was subjected to a faction crime court and beheaded. Her body was found the next morning beside the RR-205 at Urubuzinho in rural Boa Vista. Police detained nine people on September 23, including Dias's aunt and cousin. On November 7, 2023, a court convicted three women of homicide committed for a base motive and by cruel means, kidnapping and torture. Elizabeth Dias da Silva, the victim's aunt, was sentenced to 31 years and one month in prison. Raiana Costa de Souza received 31 years and four months, while Luana da Silva Chaves, the victim's cousin, received eight years and 10 months. There was a post last week of a 43 year old gal who got killed along with her 29 year old son. Girls down there start being women around 12 or 13 years of age.
