Notice the different configurations of the dead girls. In the first set of pictures they are lined up next to each other (some face up some face down) presumably as they were found. Then we see photos of 3 of them next to each other, all face up, with the fourth girl off in the background and a a right angle to the other three. I guess they just move the bodies around to get the best pictures for the media- interesting form of entertainment.
