Brazil - Bound Man Found Decapitated
On the morning of 21st December 2019 in the Jorge Teixeira neighbourhood (Brazil), the body of a man was found. The man's hands + feet were tied + his decapitated head had tape wrapped around it. A message scrawled on a piece of cardboard was left at the scene.
