Brazil - 3 Family Members Dead As Waterfall Floods
On the afternoon of 1st January 2020 in Guapé (Brazil), 3 members of the same family died when a waterfall suddenly flooded.    The victims are 39 year old A.C.M., her husband, 45 year old E.M.C. + her daughter, 17 year old D.C.D.M.C.    All 3 victims were buried together the next day in Campos Gerais. The couple had lived there for many years + had their own restaurant.  20 year old D.E.D.C.I., the boyfriend of 'D', stated “I was at the third waterfall. The girl came out screaming that water was coming. We went downstairs, went to get my cell phone. They went down the side, to the trail that goes to the bar. The water came, he slipped, his wife went to get it, my girlfriend was together. She slipped, the water came and took the three of them together. ”

Flash flood, we get them in early spring here from all the snow melting rapidly. I don't know what caused that but I am still disturbed how people who can't swim are willing to go play in the water, on the other hand I'm also disgusted that not one of those 3rd world shitbags did nothing to help them until the waters subsided.  |

heavy rains up river. there are plenty of signs around those areas and warnings by locals to check the rain before going to any waterfall in that region
