Brazil - 12 Year Old Boy Hanged a 9 Year Old Girl (link to Photos)
*If an adult isn't one of the deceased, I don't bother with child deaths any more, due to the 'no dead children' rule that was put in place some time ago. Though this one intrigued + saddened me, so I decided to do a write-up. I'm sure that there's some more videos/photos out there but I don't want to spend more time on this sad case. I will post a link to the 2 death photos of the girl, further down the post. On the morning of 29th September 2019 in São Paulo (Brazil), 9 year old R.E.C.D. attended a party at the Centro Educacional Unificado, along with her mother + brother.  At 12.28pm, 'R' was seen on CCTV walking down the street, holding hands with a 12 year old boy. The boy had also attended the party + the 2 children had been photographed there together.    At around 2pm, a teenage boy found 'R' hanging from a tree in Anhanguera park. The boy quickly went to inform the police.   At the scene, the police confirmed that 'R' had been beaten in her face + on her legs with a piece of wood + then hanged. The little girl had defecated herself. *CHILD WARNING*  2 images of the deceased girl can be found here: https://imgur.com/a/jZhKtac 2 images also here: https://imgur.com/a/QhTNa7K Approximately 500m from the body, blood stains were found, along with "a pair of slippers, a small + transparent plastic bag + a large red synthetic fabric cover. 'R's family state that she was autistic + did not speak to strangers. The 12 year old boy, who had been seen on CCTV with 'R', confessed to his mother that he had murdered the little girl. The mother took her son straight to the police station but the boy changed his story. The boy claimed that there was another person involved, a man known as "Baianinho", whom had threatened him with a knife + forced him to help kill 'R'. The boy did not show any signs of regret + came across as cold. According to classmates of the boy, he is a lonely child who doesn't have many friends + bullies the girls.

Do you believe a 12 year old, a six grader is capable of beating and hanging another child? Did he have the strength to pull a limp body off the ground with a rope and then tie said rope? I think the strange man is real and he finished the job. Thats just a scared little boy. Its a sad tale eitherway. |

One of the most interesting case of the year... I call it a scapegoat... A 12 year old might be capable, but this is Brazil where child rapists are rampant plus it's hell on earth... Dat beating to her little face was done by an adult, the knot is too "good" etc. Both lives were lost, imho  . Anyhow, this is just plain sad, dare i say:tragic. (Yes this comes from the site's biggest brazilophobe)

ya there's alot of details that's dosn't add up for a 12 year old to do something like this alone. Hope they are able to find the truth.

DR people usually come up with important angles that are not mentioned in the news reports on the things they post. As a group, I think we are pretty analytical, and have seen so much that something that doesn't add up triggers our radar. I think that's a good thing.
