Brazil - 12 Militias Killed in Police Confrontation
On the night of 15th October 2020 in Itaguaí (Brazil), 12 members of Rio de Janeiro militias were killed in a confrontation with the police.                The group had been monitored for the last 15 days. They opened fire as soon as they saw the police.    DEAD: *C.E.B.G. (AKA Cabo Bené) He worked as a military policeman but was fired for his involvement with the Militia of Campo Grande. Appointed as the right arm of militiaman Ecko, he was the target of Civil Police operations, but remained at large. He was involved in a clandestine cemetery in Itaguaí + at least 6 murders. He had more than 10 pending arrest warrants. He also had a huge criminal record for murders, theft, extortion, conspiracy, illegal possession of a firearm + criminal organisation. *M.C.D.S. (AKA Magnum/MG) He was an associate of Cabo Bené + one of his trusted men. He had eight criminal records, including extortion, increased theft, illegal possession of a weapon, criminal organisation + personal injury. There were seven pending arrest warrants. *E.B.D.S. (AKA Macumba) Classed as a highly dangerous criminal. He was leader of the criminal organisation that operates in Itaguaí. He had a criminal record for illegal possession of a weapon, extortion + criminal organisation. There was an arrest warrant on him. *W.E.D.C. Had a criminal record for extortion + criminal organisation. He had recently been released from prison. *P.C.C.D. He had served time in prison for bodily injury. *M.R.D.C. Had a criminal record for increased theft. *R.G.G. Had been in prison for extortion, reception + tampering with a vehicle identification sign. *W.D.S.L. Had been in prison for bodily injury. *L.F.P.B. Had a criminal record for bodily injury + reception. *J.V.L.R. *O.V.S.D.A. He had a criminal record from his youth. *M.D.S.D.S.
