Brains On the Ground After Seafood Merchant Was Murdered
In Tenguel, Guayas province, Ecuador, seafood merchant Freddy G. was murdered with several rifle shots. It is believed the murder was due to Freddy refusing to pay an extortion fee.

From what I can make out...it says something along the lines of "For all those who copy him, let's see cowardly people like that _____ like this without...."I'm assuming Brains". Can't really see all the wording. |
