Actually, it wouldnt tickle at all. The brain has no nerve endings that cause pain or sensation. Thats why often, they do open brain surgery while you are still awake. There is no pain, AND they can determine if they are getting to the right area, by your replies and conversations with the doctors.

I actually posted this a while back. Some old man had gotten into a minor car wreck and arrived like that to the hospital. Apparently, he had been in this condition for a while and didn't seek medical attention because he said he felt no pain. Some kind of cancer I think.
