Boyfriend Stabs Girlfriend to Death

At the end of last night, Wednesday, July 11, 2018, around 11:00 pm, 15:00 pm, Siate rescuers from Foz do Iguaçu, a team in service at Maracanã Post were driven to Carmem Gatti Street, almost crossing with the Avenida das Cataratas, in Bairro Vila Carimã, to provide care for a victim of FAB (gunshot wound).

According to witness information, the victim would have been stabbed by her boyfriend who ran away shortly after the crime.

In the place was verified the death of the female victim, identified as Kerolin Camila da Costa, 23 years old. The place was isolated by the Military Police until the arrival of the Civil Police (Homicide Police), Police Science (Crime) and the Legal Medical Institute.

With the arrival of the criminal expert, the place of death was investigated, being found near the body the blade of a knife. According to data, the boyfriend and main suspect of having committed the crime would be the person identified as Renato Saúl Gomes, 23, who in consultation with the CNJ (National Council of Justice) has an open arrest warrant from Vara of Criminal Executions and Corregidor of the Prisons of Foz do Iguaçu as a result of a crime of homicide occurred in the year 2014.

It even includes the Bulletin of Occurrence with the Military Police saying that Renato Saul Gomes, had stabbed the victim's dog with stab wounds on previous dates.

The stabbed victim was referred to the IML morgue for necropsy and release procedure. The investigations are in charge of the Homicide Office of Foz do Iguaçu.
