Bound, Bloated Floater Found - Lots of Pics and Video
4th November 2016, Kampot, Cambodia - the body of a man was found in a pond, wrapped in plastic and bound with tape. The man was identified as 28 year old Hum Ni, a taxi driver and had been missing for 3 days since taking a fare between Kampot and Phnom Penh. His Toyota Camry taxi has also been stolen. Mr Ni's parents had been unable to contact him by 'phone, and they believed he was due to meet with his ex-wife, who he divorced a year ago.

Jayzes! I sure wouldn't want to be the one to unwrap that prezzie! Couple of those cops didn't even take their helmets off.  Why would you wrap somebody up in so much tape- how anal can you get?  |
