Indian police personnel talk to an injured person at the bomb blast site in Imphal, India’s northeastern state capital of Manipur on November 30, 2011. A bomb in the northeastern Indian state of Manipur killed a man suspected of planting the explosives, police said, days ahead of a visit by the prime minister.
