It's the aftermath of a Lebanon Vs. Israel clash that occurred in Adaisseh, Lebanon, on August 3, 2010 ( see here ): the clash left at least 4 dead.
According to Reuters, the pic shows the body of Assaf Abu Rahhal, a reporter for the Lebanese daily Al-Akhbar
