a ready made chalk mark! the outline left when his body has been moved is funny-ish, it looks as though he has died of smoke inhalation, rather than burnt to death, which is the lesser of 2 evil's.

I would rather die from smoke inhalation tbh. You basically cough a lot then pass out and do not wake up. I can't imagine being burnt to death

Most people die from the smoke first. He's a healthy man so I wonder what kept him from jumping unless he died in his sleep or was too high up. A hell of a thing for a firefighter to find after the fires put out but...
