Body of Man Believed to Have Been Tortured
The body of a young man was found on Sunday morning 9th September 2022, Brazil. The victim was found with his hands tied and a black shirt tied around his neck. He had several marks of torture on his body, mainly in the chest region. The body was found early in the morning by residents of the area who were passing by. The man appeared to be between 20 and 30 years old, of medium height and short hair, dyed blonde, and wearing black shorts. Police believe he was tortured throughout the night.      ] |

He was definitely tortured. They bound his wrists well. No escape.
