Residents watched as some of the men stopped a car on the spot and threw a package out. At first it was weighed that it was a garbage bag, but because of the size and shape of the package, some people decided to find out and found the body of the black man bloodied and lifeless.

Police were notified of the crime and were on site with an expert from the Crime Institute who confirmed that the death was caused by beating. The dead man presented no drill or knife piercing through the body, and it was concluded that he was beaten to death.



Military police officers were called by the residents

None of the residents of the street or nearby recognized the victim, leading the police to believe that the murder happened in another neighborhood and the body was thrown on that street in the neighborhood of Jorge Teixeira, because it is an area near a vacant lot and that is quite dark at night.

The body was taken to the Medical Legal Institute (IML) and until the beginning of the morning remained without any identification.

The Homicide and Homicide Office (DEHS) has been on the scene and is already under investigation.
