Body Found Burned with Rubber

Dismembered and burned body found at the entrance of the Palotal
In the early hours of this morning people walking along a dirt road behind the Altos urbanization of Maracaibo, at the entrance of the Palotal, they found the corpse, suspected to be a man who was allegedly tortured, bound hand and rubbers burned up.

Stray dogs ate part of the body and viscera were scattered in the sand. The victim was placed rubber on the neck and over his body to ensure that the flames do not go out and consume the whole body.

No one was near the unpopulated area. It is unknown what time the body was burned but presumably was during this morning.
