On the 11th May, police in Brazil received an anonymous tip off that a body was hanging from a tree. Police raided the area they were informed the body was at with no success. On the 12th the police returned and this time located the body, which was no longer hanging in a tree. Police suspect the executioner returned to the scene of the crime and cut down the body, then set fire to it to remove evidence. The body showed signs of charring and the police found a burn site. Police are still investigating the case.          |
