Well... if the same guy gets in and out of the slammer in exactly the same charge everytime and doesnt think he should be sorry about it, maybe that would be for the better. Imagine how many more crime he actually did everytime he's on the loose that only stops temporarily everytime he got jailed.

Lots of email financial scam these days and a lot of financial data hack softwares come from nigeria. even in our local internet buy and sell sites have those. you see a post of a second hand car at a very low price supposedly located near here then you can see in the account details that the post was accessed a few hours ago from Nigeria.
