Looking at the pics looks like he sat on the chair with the saw in his hand, rammed it into his throat, dropped it, then stood up, tipping the chair over, bled down his front, leaving a pool of blood next to the chair, then fell to the ground on his back and bled out from there. Complete Silent Hill fanatic since the first game here, and perhaps a curious observation: Walter Sullivan was killing people and carving numbers into them, written out the same way this kid did for his #. In the game you find out that the numbers (using the Russian kid for an example) 11117 were to be read 11/17-meaning 11th victim out of 17. Walter killed himself in the middle of his spree, carving 11/21 in his own feet, believing he would be brought back as a ghost to finish off 10 more people (which, in video game logic, happened, of course).
