If the cyanosis was real, the dead guy would have blue shit caked on his facial hair & clothes, and dripping from his nostrils.
I have seen cyanosis in lots of our patients. I have never seen blue shit caked on them!??

Your “patients” are merely crisis actors.

...and lousy ones at that.

Anyone could fake cyanosis with mildly blue lips.

A positive diagnosis of cyanosis invariably requires a big bucket of blue paint, with the patient presenting with it caked & smudged all the fuck over his body.
