Found June 21st in Bangkok.

I initially thought natural causes and all the red fluid is 'purging' where decomposition fluids begin to drain from the body from every orifice.

Found out he suffered from chronic health problems and it was presumed he died from profuse bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract.

His friend found him whilst delivering rice.

That's what an alcoholic bleed-out looks like. He's awfully young for that, though. Cirrhosis of the liver causes very high venous pressure and it seems like they all go kaput at once - esophogeal and gut. Poor guy. I read an article by a medical examiner who said they all take their clothes off and panic when they start to bleed because they don't know why blood is coming from every orifice. Hell of a way to die.

Well, hopefully you r right that it happens all at once. Of course getting to that stage of illness took awhile
