When it comes to the urinary pathway, no. The female urethra is about 4mm long, and it has one sphincter. It is also between 3 to 6 mm in diameter. The male urethra, depending on anatomy, is between 15 to 29cm long, and may have a diameter as small as only 2mm. It also has 2 sphincters, one of which, the exterior sphincter, has to be actively opened and it closes when stimulation ceases. The male urethra also tends to collapse after death. A little bit of fluid dynamics will tell you that the detrusor strength needed to move the same mL of urine out of the bladder of a male versus a female human is about 5:1 when everything is working, and worse when there are other factors such as prostate issues or iguinal swelling related trauma.

Basically, girls hold in their pee actively, and relax to let it out, whereas boys passively hold in their pee and actively open the sluice gates to urinate.

Zoiks. Those units should all be cm.

It was a long 36 hours in the operating room and I had downed a couple of Sam Adams.

Sure. I haven't done as much research for pics this year as I usually do, so I don't have a lot of photos to pick from this time around. But there's a handful or two of pants-wetters in the mix. I'll add them here since it's been about 5 months.

The last one defecated all over herself while dying; no visible urine in the photos because she is nude, but I'm sure there was plenty coming out. Topical enough to include regardless.

I have quite a few more where the police report/article mentions that they pissed or shit themselves, but it isn't featured in any photos, so I'm not adding those here.

What about the girl in the pink top who is stretched out with her head resting on what looks like some sort of metal grid work, with her mouth and eyes open? Can't see any signs of violence (or any obvious pee stains for that matter).
