Wow. You have got to really want to die to tie a tourniquet so tightly and so quickly around your own neck that you choke yourself without even being off the ground. Then your body panicks at the last second and pees. I also wonder how many people change their minds, so to speak, and end up trying to snatch the rope or the wire off and can't.
