There was a previous post of some baker that made like cakes or something that was body parts. This looks alot like that. Would that possibly be the same thing.

fake? facts on foundation. It's neither till proven one way or the other. Why the plastic, metal tray, tile floor with a bit of gurny? Movie props don't fake that much detail and cuts.
