I saw on YouTube that transgender men say that if they don't dilate their artificial vagina with a stick every day after MTF surgery, the area will get blocked. I think the dead man didn't take care of himself properly after the surgery.
Yep. I have a MTF friend on Facebook who posted about her daily progress after surgery. I believe she used inserts of increasing thickness over time to build up the space inside.

That's not true. I know some Trans women and they have vaginas like a person born as a woman. It seems to me whoever did her surgeries did a piss poor job. It seems whoever did her bottom surgery didn't bother putting a realist vagina, labia or clitoris. Basically if a board certified surgeon did it, the only way they could tell is by scars and seeing she had no uterus or ovaries
