Billiard Room Massacre Today
July 30th, 2018 El Tarra, Norte de Santander, Colombia Around 3pm today, several individuals came to the site and operated the weapons they carried indiscriminately. Preliminary versions of the authorities refer that this attack left at least seven dead, among them a woman, and a large number of wounded. Very early in the reports, but in addition to pics, I have a short video and a pic of a victim before death. |

Did you notice that some of the vics were wearing rubber boots? An odd choice of footwear for billiards, no? I am willing to bet they thought it was going to go down in their favor...
