strap probably broke or dumb ass didn't have it strapped at all...either way he should have invested more than $30 on a helmet with his life on the line.

I hate spending the $$ on them but my last helmet was $450

the helmet looks in fairly good condition, id bet that he didnt have the chin strap secured properly the muppet. and probably wearing the crash helmet on the end of his handle bars lol, u see that a lot abroad i dunno why
