sounds to me like someone was sleeping during their motorcycle safety course. look, this poor idiot clearly had no idea about what profound responsibility riding a motorcycle involves. dodnt mean he shoulda died about it. his country's leaders are responsible for not creating and enforcing the laws that would've kept motorists safe. but then, these third-world countries do not value human life as much as we westerners do, so I reckon we'll be getting more of these pictures for a while. hey, as long as the citizens don't mind martyrdom in the name of DR, it's OK with me I guess.
