Yeah...I kinda wondered about that myself. But what dragged him? We make fun of drivers here in California. It seems like any slight curve on a freeway causes everyone to slow down. It's amazing more folks aren't killed here.

Was this possibly a hit and run?

Driving in San Diego was nerve wracking, not sure why anyone would drive a motorcycle out there!
