Belly Sliced Open, Intestines Hanging Out of Corpse on Beach
He was yesterday morning (31/12/13). The man was around 30 years of age and had been shot several times. His stomach was then sliced open and filled with rocks to try and weigh him down but that failed and he drifted ashore.

I found it odd the just towed him through the waters instead of lifting him into a boat, could have lost evidence.

I've never heard of a corpse being towed before. Right enough, they could have lost evidence and caused postmortem injuries.
