Beheaded and Stabbed in Prison Riot
This man was stabbed many times in a prison riot. They also severed his penis, and shoved it in his mouth. This must have been one unliked individual.

Looks like he was stabbed more than a couple of times too! Beheading someone with a prison shank, I would imagine, would take some time, not to mention cutting off his old fellow. Where were the guards? helping  ?
