Looks to me like there is more than one victim involved. Look how much thrashing around she would have had to do and how little blood that is actualy on the body? Look at the heavy blood clots. They show severe wounds with quick bleed out. I think one was still alive and hauled off by EMT. I can't picture this scene without something like that happening. Look at the bare spot in the middle of the blood flow. What is that white thing gauze bandages?
