Stab wound to the side of the upper abdomen, just below the ribs in the area of the solar plexus. Don't ask me why they have her arm layed across her chest like that for that pic though.

Did anybody else notice the handle of the knife sticking out of her temple? If you look closely you can see the screws holding the blade to the wooden handle. At first I thought it was a bone protruding from her head.
