Beaten Man Tied Up in a Bin
Yesterday (10th August 2018) in Benfica, the body of a man was found in a bin. He'd been beaten + tied up. He was seen trying to get out, but he died. Apparently, the man was a thief. The sign says: “Ladrão de morador e idoso. São Cristóvão e Maracanã.” "A thief of a resident and an old man. Saint Christopher + Maracanã."

Interesting. I wonder what the significance is of having the pistol tied to his chest is. Is that a bungee cord?

Seems he was more than just a thief with that gun there. Probably been a wanted man for God knows what.
