I think that they are not the same person. The boy in the second pic is from the "Youth burned alive in Oaxaca" post. That little shit in Oaxaca was still alive when they lit him up. That's why his arms went up like the puppy wanting to be tickeled, and he was much younger. He looked like he was around 12 or 13 and he had long hair. Still this is an awesome post
