A lethal roadway in Brazil, responsible for many of our accident images here in the past few years.

This 22 year old barista on her way to work was hit from behind by another motorcycle (which had been bumped by a speeding car) and lost control. She put the bike down in a skid and was subsequently run over by a truck while she was prone and trying to recover.

Helmet obviously wasn't gonna save this one.

This is why I refuse to ride a bike. No matter how much of a safe/responsible rider you are, it only takes a jackass a second to end YOUR life.

Geez, I bet they had to bury her with that helmet on. I'm not sure how in the hell they could have gotten it off - scoop her head out of it with a spoon?
