Bare Foot Lawnmowing
New extreme sport? Text From Source: A severely lacerated great toe in a patient who mowed his grass with a rotary mower in bare feet. This fractured the terminal phalanx of the toe, and also injured his other toes. It is important that as much as possible of the great toe is saved as this toe is important in balance and in running. The other 4 toes are much less essential. Intravenous antibiotics and tetanus prophylaxis should always be given in all injuries which may be contaminated by soil. -Hey Zeus Guevara- · |

Re: Bare Foot Lawnmowing
This is why i use a rideing mower, I was mowing my yard in cali one day and what do you know my neighbors threw some copper wire in my yard, couldnt see that little wire. It got lodged in my ankle bone. After that i was scared to use or get near a walking mower. most have that flap on the back side and any thing could slip through the bottom flap or through it for that matter. It was like bullet hit me! that shit hurt i couldnt even walk.lucky it didnt shatter my ankle bone! |
