What I gathered is that a truck hauling roughly around 21,000 gallons of tar in two separate 10,000 tanks lost brakes as it came to a toll booth. The driver missed the toll booth (completely) and instead went off a over pass and down into a parking lot hitting several demonstrators. So far there are seven dead and at least six injured.
