B₳L₳ to the Neck Whilst Travelling on a Moped

They took the lives of two young people who went to B₳L₳Z0S last night, when they were surprised by two men who were traveling on board a pasola (moped).

The incident occurred on the road section that connects the municipal districts of Catalina and El Carretón in Baní, Peravia province. Dominican Republic

The deceased were identified as JM and MCA, 27 and 21 years old respectively.

They received multiple B₳L₳ (bullet) wounds on their bodies and died arriving at the emergency room of the Nuestra Señora de Regla hospital, where they were transferred by residents of those communities.

Relatives of the young people, as soon as their relatives were informed of the event, in an action of revenge, proceeded to set fire to the house and a vehicle owned by the father of one of the accused of taking his life.

In relation to this event, agents from the DICRIM subdirectorate, assigned to the South Central regional directorate of the National Police, together with the prosecutor Gaudy Castillo, went to the scene and proceeded to collect evidence.

The medical examiner, Dr. Denia Guerrero, proceeded to evaluate both lifeless bodies in the local hospital morgue, which were sent to the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (Inacif) in the province of Azua de Compostela, which were delivered to their relatives. this Sunday morning for his wake and burial.

In relation to this fact, a police source reported that the institution has already identified Wilquin Melo (Deiby), who in the company of a certain Generito, who are fugitives, as the alleged perpetrators of the act.

A source also reported that the alleged perpetrator had recently served a 12-year sentence for homicide in a prison in San Pedro de Macorís.
