Auto-erotic asphyxiation (AEA) is the practice of cutting off the blood supply to the brain through self-applied suffocation methods while masturbating. By limiting the blood supply to the brain, AEA can induce cerebral anoxia, a deficiency of oxygen in the brain. Oxygen deficiency in the brain is thought to intensify sensations, producing feelings of giddiness, lightheadedness, or exhilaration that can heighten the orgasmic experience. Funny thing, the loop around the arm is supposed to be a safety measure in case you loose consciousness. The arm lets go of the band, you fall and your airways open. But the proper position, with the band half way into your forearm, is uncomfortable because you have to hang on from your arm. Locking the band in your elbow is more comfortable but it takes a lot more weight to unfold your arm and release the band. Usually, your elbow is good enough to hold all your weight. Wonders of the mechanics of the human body... I never tried it myself nor I'm going to do it. I enjoy my usual masturbation while breathing. |
