Trevor Joseph Tratter, 48, an Australian tourist, was discovered dead in his room at the Borey Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia, at about 1:30 am on March 26, 2019. Cambodian reports said he had entered the country through Siem Reap International Airport a week earlier, on March 19. An autopsy ordered by the Siem Reap provincial court found that he died from taking an excessive number of sleeping pills, although no drug was identified and no determination of intent was made. His body was moved to a local pagoda while his family and the Australian embassy decided what to do. The death received no Australian press coverage.

Its not likely tho unless you mix it with alcohol which he probably did. The lethal dose is much higher then what he took.

Overdoses of diazepam with alcohol, opiates or other depressants may be fatal.[71][73]
