Trains cut. If you look the muscles are pulled inward past the skin. Thats how most severe trauma cuts appear.

That seems like a fairly painful way to go... A guess would be setting up a simple noose, getting totally numb-drunk, and then just doing it is actually very easy. Nothing hurts when you're good and juiced after a few hours

Edit-I guess laying face down on the track is easier than standing in front of/jumping in front of a train,fear wise that is.Looking down into the ground and not knowing exactly how far it is,just hearing the roar getting louder and louder until you're gone.
