Army Public School Peshawar Attack: Bodies of the Gunmen, December 2014
The images, whose official provenance is unverified, circulated on social media in the days following the December 16, 2014 assault on the Army Public School in Peshawar, Pakistan. They reportedly depict the gunmen involved in the attack, in which Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan militants killed about 149 people, including 132 schoolchildren, in Pakistan's deadliest terrorist attack. Later accounts described all of the attackers as foreign nationals. Each died at the school, either after being killed by army special forces who entered the building or by detonating an explosive belt.
