dude, can someone PLEASE tell me where Brazilian get their motorcycle permits? I just want to know. It's like, somebody's got to stop this fucking carnage. Is it because Kelly happens to have an awesome connection with that country that we get so many images from brazil in particular or do Brazilians particularly like to be turned into roadkill? I went to motorcycle school in NYC and we're safe riders. I just don't get it.
